The chambers system lawyers deserve: leads, clients, hearings, content and reviews in one place, in multiple languages including English and Urdu.

automated end-to-end checks passing at launch
Running for a Lahore chamber; client details kept private.
A Western stack for a law practice (a CRM like Clio, a marketing tool like GoHighLevel, a website and a receptionist) runs to about $1,000 a month. That's out of reach in Pakistan. So I studied how local chambers actually run and built one system for them.
The problem
Enquiries arrive by phone, WhatsApp and Google Maps from mostly Urdu-reading clients. There's nothing to track leads, files, hearings or reviews, and the Bar Council's rules forbid most of the marketing Western tools are built for.
What I built
A bilingual, education-led website plus a private chambers admin: leads pipeline, client files with next-hearing dates, calendar, content planner, weekly review and a phone note-taker, all on one secured database. Built so the next chamber is a configuration, not a rebuild.
