   • Run back-office operations end to end: contract and insurance renewals, vendor and travel logistics, facility tracking and regulatory reporting.
   • Built a compliance email log processor (email parsing plus AI classification) that turns a shared inbox into a clean log, saving ~5 hours a week of manual entry.
   • Sequenced the 2026–27 contract audit and built a tracker covering 21 Southern California anchor groups, so no renewal or follow-up is dropped.
   • Standardised the formatting of facility compliance plans to one house template, without touching a word of their content.

2. Founder, CompliSure

   Personal venture · automated stormwater-compliance monitoring

   • Replaced ~9 hours a week of manual weather reporting (three reports) with a daily report that goes out without a single keystroke.
   • Checks rain at each facility's own coordinates across five weather models, applies the qualifying-storm rule automatically and alerts inside operating hours.
   • Locks each forecast at run time, so every report shows what was known when it went out and holds up in an audit. Built on Supabase, Postgres and Deno edge functions.

3. Co-Founder | COO, LITSO Pixels

   flyOS.

   Invoicing and payables for travel operators. Cut invoice time from 30 minutes to under 2 (~93% faster); in daily use at LITSO Aviation; 20 of 20 simultaneous invoices with zero duplicates.

   MEDOIN.

   Website, client-records system and WhatsApp assistant (DragonsAI) for independent businesses. Live at 5 practices, saving each several admin hours a week; the assistant answers a phone retailer's customers from live stock.

   MunshiAI.

   Multilingual chambers system for law practices: leads, files, hearings and reviews. Live for a Lahore chamber; 54 of 54 launch checks passing.

   • Grew the team from 1 to 24 at peak; hired and trained every role and promoted 3 into leadership (localization team lead, programmatic campaign analyst, manager).
   • Ran high-budget native and programmatic campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, Baidu, Meta and TikTok as a contractor to FrontStory and INVESTING, using A/B testing and bid optimisation.
   • Helped a Texas trucking company win direct contracts with shippers.
