flyOS
Invoicing and payables for travel operators: an invoice in under two minutes, profit worked out on every line.
30→2
minutes per invoice, by hand vs in flyOS
I sat with a Lahore travel operator and watched how the money actually moved: air tickets, hotels, visas and Umrah packages, invoiced from spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. Then I built the system from scratch.
The problem
Invoices were hand-typed, supplier costs lived in another sheet, and nobody could see what a trip had earned or what was still owed without an afternoon of reconciliation.
What I built
One record per invoice drives everything: client price against supplier cost on every line, money in and money out, and a live dashboard of revenue, profit, receivables and payables. The PDF that's emailed is the exact document on screen.
Where it stands
My part · Sat with the operator to map the money flow, then designed, built and shipped the system.
